Erika Kiely is a globally recognized leader in digital strategy, regulatory compliance, and business transformation. With over two decades of experience across Insurtech, Fintech, and enterprise consulting, she is known for building resilient, future-ready organizations through technology integration, risk management, and strategic execution.

Erika’s leadership journey began in Peru, where she was shaped by adversity and inspired by her father’s legacy of education and public service. After relocating to the United States as an international student, she discovered her purpose in the insurance and financial services sector, eventually rising to executive leadership roles in multinational operations.

As AVP of Technology & Projects at American Fidelity, she spearheaded the development of international insurance entities, SOC2 readiness programs, AML/KYC frameworks, and multi-language technology platforms. In 2025, she founded ProTechtive Strategies, a bilingual consultancy bridging compliance, innovation, and impact for U.S. and Latin American clients.

Erika holds an MBA from Oklahoma City University, a BA in Journalism from Universidad Jaime Bausate y Meza (Peru), and is certified in project management (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Anti-Money Laundering (CAMS), and insurance consulting (ALMI, LCIC).

As a keynote speaker and advocate for inclusive leadership, she has presented at the PMI Global Summit Europe, the Oklahoma Women in Technology (OKWIT) Summit, and served as Commencement Speaker for OCU's 2024 MBA class. She actively serves on advisory boards including Sunbeam Family Services, the PMI Oklahoma Chapter, and the Oklahoma Commission on the Status of Women, while mentoring emerging AI entrepreneurs in Peru.
